2008 Late Harvest Vidal Blanc (500 ml)

Elegant tropical fruit, apricot, and peach aromas followed by a full bodied desert styled palate with a delicate balance of firm sweetness and crisp acidity. Clean ripe 100% Vidal Blanc grapes from our vineyard were fermented long and slow in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain its incredible fruitfulness; and then bottled clean and fresh with about eight percent residual sugar. It’s everything you have come to know in our light-dessert styled Vidal! Enjoy this wine with a fruit tart, cheese plate, or by itself after dinner.
