Fall Farm Feast Menu

Appetizers Station

An abundant charcuterie board sourced straight from the Fields of Athenry farms are filled with fresh fruits, a variety of cheeses, charcuterie kabobs, candied maple bacon, and beef liver pate is set to accompany the hand-crafted artisan sourdough bread provided by Joe Cowan from Morgantown, West Virginia.

‘Birds Nest’ Salad

Named for the deliciously crafted deviled eggs (from the farm of Fields of Athenry) that are placed over fresh micro greens, this salad is refreshingly delicious with the bit of horseradish to top it off.

Bone Broth Shooters

A taste of broth bursting with flavor intensified by Dr. Cowan’s Garden Herbs Special seasoning.

Prime Rib and Pork Ham Roast

Delicious cuts of meat provided by the Fields of Athenry Farm are beautifully seasoned with a blend of specialty Herb from Dr. Cowan’s Garden. Once carved, it is plated and served with homemade gravy. Accompanying this spread is 3 cheese scalloped potatoes and a medley of roasted root vegetables.
