Construction Update!

The 3rd story is up! Check out the first view from the rooftop!

The foundation has been poured, the frame is coming up, and we are on schedule (Kind of) Bad weather always tends to snow down construction progress

As a recap: Rappahannock Cellars is building again! To keep it interesting, this time it is a three story structure that is added on to our club rooms.

The first floor: ‘wine pub.’

Second floor: groups of 4 or less- the ‘scenic room’

Third floor: the roof top patio.

Expected completion date: May 1st. 

Below is the sketch for the front of the building. Take a look and please let us know if you have any questions. You can always look back for more building updates, or stop by for your glass of wine, and see it for yourselves.
