Our current vintage of the favorite VX2! Composed of primarily Vidal blanc, the VX2 was fermented in tank and bottled young to retain its youthful fruit characteristics. Aged on the lees for 5 months and a hint of residual sugar makes this a very versatile wine which can be enjoyed on its own or enjoyed with a number of summer dishes.

Affectionately known in house as ‘Fizzy Lizzy’, this Rosé kicked off the release of our sparkling wine program. A Chambourcin base with a small dose of Viognier, and infused with CO2 in a pressurized tank before being hand bottled to ensure just the right amount of Fizz. Guaranteed to be your summer go to!
