Delta Destemming Package:

Delta Oscillys 100 destemmer: $25,000

230V/3 phase. Lightly used (<100 tons) 2016 pendulum style destemmer with sorting rollers. Includes wider replacement destemming cage and roller spacers for use with larger berries and internal washdown sprayers. Gentle destemming results in intact berries, easily adjusted to leave raisins and green berries attached to the rachis. We’ve had good results at 2-4 tons/hour, rated up to 8 tons/hour.

100 plate 40x40 filter: $5,400

Crossover plate, hydraulic tightening screw. Straight, plates and gaskets in good condition. Excellent condition.

60 plate 40x40 filter: $1,900

Functional, but poor condition. Screw housing loose so needs to be loosened by hand (tightens fine). Pad guides not perfectly straight, so extra care must be taken to correctly load pads. Has a crossover but exit is through only the top corner (steam port). Can definitely filter a bunch of wine, just has some character.

3 x Spiedel 300 liter tanks: $875 each

Variable capacity, 1” bottom port, ½” tasting port. Comes with dolly.

Requires external compressed air. Analog controls. Was functional when put into storage.
